During Life Sciences Capitals 2009 an exhibition will be held in the main conference area, where interesting companies, start-ups, research organisations and universities will present themselves. Lunch, breaks and the congress reception will all take place in this area, giving you ample opportunity to interact with other congress participants.
To present your company, products, technology or services to participants in the Life Sciences Capitals 2009 congress, you can register for a place at the exhibition.

Exhibition package
In the main congress area you will be provided with:
- Exhibition space 6 m2
- One table and two chairs
- Electricity
- Additional facilities, to be ordered at cost-price.
The use of posters (X-kites/L-banners) and other promotional material is permitted as long as they fit into the hired exhibition space. It is not possible to stick posters or other promotional material to the walls.
A booth includes:
- Your company name and hyperlink to your website on the congress website
- Your logo in hand-outs
- 2 entrance tickets*
- *1 entrance ticket for start-up company registration.
