Policy and Procedures

• The conference fee indicated is the fee per participant.
• Upon receipt of registration the invoice sent should be paid within two weeks.
• Registrations less than two weeks prior to the congress will receive an electronic invoice, which must be paid prior to the congress. 
• A surcharge of EUR 35.00 will be charged to cover statutory interest and administration costs will apply if payment is not received within the given time.
• The fees include congress participation (all day), coffee and tea during breaks, lunch and reception.  

   

Space availability

Cancellation

• Refunds for cancellations will only be granted if cancellation is received in writing no later than two weeks prior to the congress.
  
• A cancellation fee of 50% of the original amount will be charged for all cancellations later than two weeks prior to the congress.
  
• A cancellation fee of 50% of the original amount will be charged for the cancellation of a table top reservation later than two  weeks prior to the congress.
  
• The full conference fee will be charged in the case of cancellation or no-show on congress date.
